Compact Autoclaves

All of Astell Autoclave sterilizers are available with various options and accessories, including Assisted Air Cooling, Load Sensed Process Timing, Data Recording devices etc.

There are two version of the Astell Autoclave Compact autoclaves:

Classic Version

Ideal for all Laboratory, Medical, Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Applications, especially Liquid Loads, Media etc. This is the ideal Astell Autoclave model for all standard traditional laboratory sterilization procedures. Water fill is manual; during the cycle condensate leaves the vessel via a silicone tube that is connected to a heat resistant bottle. Ideal for use with media or liquid loads.

AutoFill Version

Ideal for all Astell Autoclave Laboratory, Medical, Veterinary and Astell Autoclave Pharmaceutical Applications – AutoFill is fitted as standard

The integral reservoir, once filled, provides sufficient water for up to 20 cycles; moreover, the same container also acts as a collection vessel for both condensate and water which is returned from the autoclave chamber at the end of the cycle. A pulsed-heat drying system, which is adjustable in 5 minute steps, is available when running a non-fluid cycle.
