What else do I need with a rotary evaporator?

You need a vacuum pump (ideally with a controller) and a chiller or cold trap for the condenser. Ask for a complete set-up quote.

What is a parallel evaporator for?

It evaporates 6 to 12 samples at the same time. It is useful for sample preparation before HPLC or GC analysis.
