Laboratories move liquids and samples every day: transferring solvents and reagents, dosing small volumes, filling dewars with liquid nitrogen and carrying specimens between sites. CSI Labshop can supply pumps and transport boxes for these jobs to laboratories and plants across Malaysia.

How laboratories use liquid pumps

Transferring solvents and reagents: Move them from drums and carboys into smaller containers without pouring.
Dosing adds a set volume of reagent to a process or test.
Filling dewars: Liquid nitrogen is transferred safely with a pump instead of tipping the dewar.

What we supply

Diaphragm liquid pumps. KNF liquid pumps are self-priming, can run dry and are made from chemically resistant materials for neutral or corrosive liquids. The range runs from micro pumps such as the NF 5 up to the NF 1.600, with FEM dosing pumps and ATEX versions for explosive atmospheres.
Liquid nitrogen transfer. The liquid nitrogen transfer device and foot pump fits dewars with a 50 mm neck and dispenses at 5 L/min or more. See also our guide to hand and foot liquid nitrogen pumps.
Sample transport. The DuraPorter transport box has a clear polycarbonate body, a silicone water-tight seal and three lid clasps, and loaded boxes stack.

How to choose a liquid pump

The liquid: solvents and corrosive liquids need chemically resistant pump heads, so tell us exactly what you will pump.
Transfer or dosing: for moving volumes from one container to another, a transfer pump; for metering a set volume, a dosing pump such as the FEM series.
The area: where flammable vapours may be present, choose an ATEX version.
