Overview
PalmOilTester is an analysis system for crude and refined palm oil that determines acidity (FFA), DOBI and carotene content, peroxide value (PV), anisidine value (AnV) and iodine value (IV). Those are the parameters mills, refineries and traders use to judge quality at each handover point.
The system is built for speed and simplicity, so it can be used at every production stage rather than only in a central laboratory: at the oil mill and the refinery plant, during acceptance and storage, and when finished products are traded. Running the check on site means a quality decision can be made while the batch is still in front of you instead of after a laboratory round trip.
