Overview
The BagMixer Starter Pack is a bundled entry point to bag-based sample homogenisation: one BagMixer laboratory blender together with the consumables a laboratory uses first. The pack contains 500 BagFilter filter bags, 1,000 BagLight bags and BagClip bag closures.
BagFilter bags have an integrated full-surface filter, so after blending the filtrate can be pipetted straight from the bag without debris blocking the pipette tip — the usual first step for enumeration and pathogen detection in food and water samples. BagLight bags are the general-purpose sterile bags for blending and stomaching where filtration is not needed, and BagClips seal bags that are not self-sealing.
Buying the pack means one reference to order, with quantities matched to typical first-year use. Bags must match the paddle and door geometry of the blender, so keep to the BagMixer range.
